IEH Welcomes Jennifer Bender

IEH Laboratories & Consulting Group proudly welcomes Mrs. Jennifer Bender as Director of Technical Services.

With over three decades of experience in the food industry, Mrs. Bender brings extensive expertise to our team. Her career began at Land O’Lakes, where she specialized in cheese production and laboratory operations, managing microbial and chemistry testing, Environmental Monitoring Programs (EMP), and overseeing laboratory SOPs and HACCP documentation. Following her role at Land O’Lakes, Mrs. Bender spent over a decade at Mérieux NutriSciences. There, she supported food safety, EMP programs, microbiological, and chemistry testing for customers in the nut, spice, dairy, and produce sectors. Most recently, Mrs. Bender worked at Hygiena, where she specialized in food safety testing with BAX PCR and Innovate Rapid Microbial systems, including ATP bio-luminescence for finished product release.

Mrs. Bender’s background in both laboratory and manufacturing processes, combined with her practical knowledge of food safety and quality assurance, will support IEH in delivering reliable technical solutions and maintaining high standards in food safety.
