Ideal candidates will possess the following: - A High School Diploma or GED (required); an associate degree(preferred) - Willingness to learn and operate high tech equipment or machinery - Good attitude and willingness to work with others - Good communication and organization skills - Ability to follow written directions - Ability to regularly lift up to 20lbs above waist level Manufacturing Technician duties include: manufacturing bio-reagents, testing kits, data entry, inventory control, packaging and labelling, general cleaning, and other tasks as assigned. The pay range for this position is $20.76 - $21.50 hourly. This is a full-time position eligible for the following benefits after a brief waiting period: medical, dental, vision, life/AD&D insurance, long- and short-term disability insurance, 401(k), health and dependent care FSA plans, employee assistance program, 15 days of paid time off per year for sick leave and/or vacation, 3 days paid bereavement leave, and 6 paid holidays per year. The laboratory operates weekends, so candidates must be willing to work occasional weekends. IEH Laboratories, a leader in Food Safety, is now accepting applications for a Quality Assurance Technician at its facility in Seattle, WA. Ideal candidates will possess the following: - A BS or BA in the biological sciences, Chemistry, or related field (required) - Laboratory experience with QA/QC and ISO 17025 (preferred) - Excellent organization skills and strong attention to detail - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Ability to follow instructions precisely - Good documentation skills - Strong understanding of aseptic technique in the laboratory The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00 hourly. This is a full-time position eligible for the following benefits after a brief waiting period: medical, dental, vision, life/AD&D insurance, long- and short-term disability insurance, 401(k), health and dependent care FSA plans, employee assistance program, 15 days of paid time off per year for sick leave and/or vacation, 3 days paid bereavement leave, and 6 paid holidays per year.
