IEH Laboratories is seeking a detail-oriented intern to support the production and translation preparation of over 80 English eLearning courses developed in Articulate Storyline. This role focuses on audio transcription, content organization, and supporting multilingual course workflows.
Ideal candidates will possess the following:
• Experience with Articulate Storyline or similar eLearning tools (preferred)
• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., transcription or translation tools)(preferred)
• Background in instructional design, communications, multimedia, or related fields(preferred)
• Strong English listening and writing skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable working with audio and multimedia content
• Organized and able to follow structured workflows
Responsibilities for this position include:
• Extract closed caption files from Storyline slides and layers
• Clean and edit caption text (remove timestamps, fix formatting, ensure readability)
• Organize transcripts by slide and layer for translation workflows
• Use AI tools to assist with translation of course content
• Perform quality checks on transcripts and translated materials
• Assist with updating content within Storyline (text/audio replacement)
• Support extraction of on-screen text for translation

This pay for this position is $22-$24 hourly. This is a full-time, temporary position (duration is flexible, but 3-6 months preferred).
This position requires regular on-site presence at our corporate headquarters in Lake Forest Park, Washington (remote work is not available).
