Administrative Support – Shipping/Receiving (Louisville, KY)

Environmental Safety Technologies Inc. is now accepting applications for a Administrative Support – Shipping/Receiving position at its facility in Louisville, KY.

Ideal candidates will possess the following:

– A high school diploma (required)
– Proficiency in 10-key data entry and computer applications (Microsoft software)
– 3 years of laboratory/customer service experience (preferred)
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Strong attention to detail, prioritization, and organizational skills
– Ability to plan ahead and maintain high degree of efficiency and accuracy
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Ability to regularly lift up to 30lbs above waist level

Administrative Support – Shipping/Receiving duties include: Packing/shipping all materials to customers (filling orders, printing labels, and afternoon UPS pick-up); tracking of monthly and quarterly shipping requests (ensuring all shipments are on time); verifying addresses; filing tracking information; maintaining stock of shipping supplies; answering customer inquiries; and other administrative tasks (phones, emails, filing documents, maintaining office calendar, maintaining stock of office supplies, cleaning, coordinating with laboratory personnel to maintain on-call list, communicating laboratory results to customers), and as-needed laboratory tasks (with training).

This is a full-time position and is eligible for benefits after a brief waiting period.
