
A new peer-reviewed study, co-authored by Meiting Wu, Cesar Nadala, David Cox, Anna W., Kissi Yesu, Mansour Samadpour, et al., published in the Journal of AOAC INTERNATIONAL, confirms the performance of the OnSite Gluten Test Kit for detecting gluten in various food products and on environmental surfaces.
The study further evaluates the kit across rice flour, oat flour, spice mix, baked bread, and stainless steel surfaces. Results support its claimed detection limits of 5 to 20 mg/kg in foods and 11 µg gluten/100 cm² on surfaces, with no cross-reactivity or interference.
Validated for accuracy, robustness, and consistency, the method offers reliable gluten detection for food producers, contract labs, auditors, and quality assurance teams.
