Temporary Office Receptionist (Modesto, CA)

IEH Laboratories, a Leader in Food Safety, is now accepting applications for a Temporary Office Receptionist position at its facility in Modesto, CA.

A High School diploma is required; an Associate’s degree is preferred.

A successful candidate will be able to:

• Complete administrative tasks and provide general support
• Exhibit a detail-oriented approach in handling all tasks
• Handle a high volume of phone calls, face-to-face client contact, and filing
• Present professionally and demonstrate sound judgment in day-to-day interactions
• Communicate effectively
• Multi-task and assimilate information quickly
• Use MS Office (Excel, Word) proficiently
• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Type 45 wpm
• Work overtime as needed

The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:30pm. This is a full-time, temporary position lasting for approximately 6 months. The pay for this position is $19.75/hour. This temporary position is eligible for medical insurance after a required waiting period and 1 hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours worked.
