Molecular Epidemiology, Inc. (MEI) is hiring for an Accounting Support Position at its corporate headquarters in Lake Forest Park, WA.
Qualifications include:
– A High School degree (required)
– Knowledge in Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, accounting practices (Preferred)
– Experience in QuickBooks (preferred)
– Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Well-organized and detail-oriented
– Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
– Able to work well with others
– Friendly, professional, reliable, presentable
The pay range for this position is $21.00 – $23.00 hourly. This is a full-time position, eligible for the following benefits after a brief waiting period: medical, dental, vision, life/AD&D insurance, long- and short-term disability insurance, health and dependent care FSA plans, employee assistance program, 15 days of paid time off per year for sick leave and/or vacation, 6 paid holidays per year, 3 days paid bereavement leave, and 401(k) (with up to 3% employer match after eligibility criteria are met).
The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, from 9:00am – 5:30pm. This position is based on-site and requires 100% in-office work (requests for exemptions may be considered, only as required under applicable law).
