Weber Scientific, Inc. (Weber) is seeking a Production Manager to join our team!
Ideal candidates will possess the following:
• Degree in the field of Science or Engineering (with preference in Chemical Engineering)
• Proficiency with Google Workspace tools (mail, Sheets, Docs, Slides) or equivalent. Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong mechanical and mathematical skills
• Familiarity with process scale-up, optimization, cleaning and validation activities preferred.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 25lbs and wear required PPE
• Team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation
This person will be responsible for the definition, implementation and optimization of manufacturing processes and systems, aiming at full adherence to pre-established schedules while managing internal resources (people & equipment) and fulfilling customer requirements.
The pay range for this position is $95,000 – $130,000 annually. This is a full-time position and is eligible for the following benefits after a brief waiting period: medical, dental, vision, life/AD&D insurance, long- and short-term disability insurance, health and dependent care FSA plans, employee assistance program, 15 days of paid time off per year for sick leave and/or vacation, 6 paid holidays per year, 3 days paid bereavement leave, and 401(k).
The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, form 7:00am-5:30pm (with some on-call required).
This position requires regular on-site presence at our lab in Hamilton, New Jersey (remote work is not available).
