IEH Laboratories, a leader in Food Safety, is now accepting applications for a Laboratory Coordinator Position at its facility in Little Rock, AR.

Ideal candidates will possess the following:

• A BS or BA in the biological sciences or related field (required)
• Strong understanding of laboratory procedures/operations
• Strong understanding of aseptic technique in the laboratory
• Good management skills, with a focus on overall operation efficiency, customer service, and profitability
• Proficiency with data entry and computer applications
• Self-motivation and strong attention to detail
• Good communication and organization skills
• Ability to regularly lift sample boxes/bags up to 45lbs

Laboratory Coordinator duties include inventory control, submitting timely purchase orders for supplies, communicating with customers for site scheduling and other needs, managing computer data entry and results, sample analysis, ensuring maintenance of equipment, coordinating/delegating work, and other duties as assigned.

This is a full-time position and will be eligible for standard benefits after a brief waiting period. The schedule for this position is Monday to Friday from 6:00am to 3:00pm. Candidates must be willing to work some nights and weekends.
