IEH Laboratories, a Leader in Food Safety, is now accepting applications for the Laboratory Client Services position at its facility in Greeley, CO.

Applicants must possess a BS, BA or higher in the Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field.

Laboratory Client Services duties include the following: promptly responding to requests for information from clients, relaying analytical requirements from the client to the laboratory, provide pricing and other information regarding IEH-WAL services to clients, explaining results to clients when requested, keeping detailed records of client communications, assisting walk-in clients with accepting samples for drop off, data entry from laboratory worksheet to LIMs, and reporting to client as well as maintaining relationships with subcontracting labs. This position may also assist in scheduling couriers, helping with sample pickup, and helping with sample receiving and other areas in the lab. Client Services reports to the Lab Manager and works closely with Lab Manager and sample receiving staff.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 – $20.00 hourly. This is a full-time position eligible for the following benefits after a brief waiting period: paid time off; health, vision, dental, life/AD&D, long-term disability, and short-term disability insurance; health and dependent care FSA plans; 401(k); and employee assistance program.

The schedule for the position is Monday to Friday from 9am to 5:30pm. The laboratory operates weekends, so candidates must be willing to work some weekends.
