IEH Laboratories, a Leader in Food Safety, is accepting applications for an Engineering Internship position at its facility in Seattle, WA.
Ideal candidates will possess the following skills:
– General aptitude for using hand tools to assemble electronic devices
– Ability to solder (including soldering under a microscope) and knowledge of PCB board assembly
– Familiarity working with computers and manufacturing software.
– Ability to lift at least 30lbs regularly
Engineering Intern responsibilities include: assembling electronics and laboratory equipment; troubleshooting wiring and assembly issues; programing, testing, and qualifying built product; and other duties as assigned.
This position is available on either a full-time or part-time basis. Full-time employees are eligible for standard benefits after a brief waiting period.
IEH requires that all employees be fully vaccinated (as defined by CDC guidelines) for COVID-19 as a condition of employment. Proof of full vaccination for COVID-19 must be provided prior to or at the time of hire.
