<p>Laboratory Technician/Courier duties include: media/sample preparation, sample sorting and log-in, performing specific sample testing steps (under supervision), transcribing results, safely transporting samples from customers to the lab on a fixed schedule, cleaning and maintaining coolers for sample transport, data entry, inventory control, washing glassware, general laboratory cleaning, and other duties as assigned.</p>
<p>The pay range for this position is $19.00 &#8211; $21.00 hourly. This is a temporary, full-time position and is eligible for the following benefits after a brief waiting period: medical, dental, vision, life/AD&#038;D insurance, long- and short-term disability insurance, health and dependent care FSA plans, employee assistance program, 15 days of paid time off per year for sick leave and/or vacation, 6 paid holidays per year, 3 days paid bereavement leave, and 401(k) (with up to 3% employer match after eligibility criteria are met).</p>
<p>The schedule for this position is Friday-Tuesday, from 10:00am to 6:30pm.</p>

•    Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., transcription or translation tools)(preferred)<br />
•    Background in instructional design, communications, multimedia, or related fields(preferred)<br />
•    Strong English listening and writing skills<br />
•    High attention to detail and accuracy<br />
•    Comfortable working with audio and multimedia content<br />
•    Organized and able to follow structured workflows</p>
<p>Responsibilities for this position include:<br />
•    Extract closed caption files from Storyline slides and layers<br />
•    Clean and edit caption text (remove timestamps, fix formatting, ensure readability)<br />
•    Organize transcripts by slide and layer for translation workflows<br />
•    Use AI tools to assist with translation of course content<br />
•    Perform quality checks on transcripts and translated materials<br />
•    Assist with updating content within Storyline (text/audio replacement)<br />
•    Support extraction of on-screen text for translation</p>
