										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Weber Scientific, Inc. (Weber) is seeking an Assembly Technician to join our team!</p>
<p>Ideal candidates will possess the following:</p>
<p>&#8211;    High School diploma or equivalent (required)<br />
&#8211;    Warehouse experience and/or forklift experience is a plus but not necessary<br />
&#8211;    Must be able to lift 25lbs minimum<br />
&#8211;    Ability to work together in a team environment</p>
<p>Assembly Technician duties include, but are not limited to:</p>
<p>&#8211;    Responsible for assembling finished goods per work instruction<br />
&#8211;    Ensure proper count of finished goods<br />
&#8211;    Assembling boxes, applying labels, and filling out production logs<br />
&#8211;    Follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate safety equipment<br />
&#8211;    Daily organization and cleanliness of work area to comply with requirements<br />
&#8211;    May rotate to different workstations, or required to work in a specific workstation depending on experience, staffing needs, training, and skill level, to perform work tasks</p>
<p>The pay range for this position is $16.50 to $17.00 hourly. Weber has a comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, dental, AD&#038;D and life insurance, paid holidays, paid time off, and 401(k). The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm.</p>
