Allergen Confirmation Tests: The majority of allergen tests are based on antigen-antibody interactions. Antibodies can cross-react with non-target antigens that have similar epitopes, which can lead to false positives. Due to this, when samples are presumptive positive for allergen residues, we offer confirmation tests.
