This customizable training covers environmental monitoring in food plant environments, including pathogens and indicator organisms. Includes which pathogen types are best for different food plant environments. The training covers regulatory guidance related to environmental monitoring as well as computer programs that can be used to support mapping of test locations and results in a food plant. Designing appropriate sampling plans and approaches to corrective action/vector sampling are addressed. The training can be customized to include a workshop with practical applications of sampling procedures.
