This customizable training covers microbiological testing of foods for pathogens, spoilage organisms and indicator organisms.  Includes testing for bacteria, viruses and parasites.  The training includes different methods of testing, including cultural, antibody-based methods and genetic methods.  Designing appropriate sampling plans and approaches to data analysis are addressed.  The training can be customized to include a workshop with practical applications of lab methods.
