The following principles apply to identifying information IEH may ask for and that you provide. "Identifying information" is information that individually identifies you or your company, such as but is not limited to name, physical address, email address, or phone number.

• IEH collects limited non-personally identifying information your browser makes available whenever you visit a website. This log information includes your Internet Protocol address, browser type, browser language, the date and time of your query. We use this information to operate, develop and improve our services.
• Some of our services may require you to provide limited account information such as a client ID and or password. Clients are currently not setup or administered over the internet. The information we collect is used to provide the service.
• If we require any personally identifying information, we will inform you about the types of information we collect and how we use it. This should help you make an informed decision about sharing your information with us.

• IEH does not currently use cookies.

• IEH does not rent or sell personally or corporate identifying information to other companies or individuals, unless we have your consent. We may share such information in any of the following limited circumstances:

• We take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to data.
