Aflatoxin in Nuts Training

This customizable training covers the risks of mycotoxins in nuts with a focus on aflatoxin.  It includes the root causes of aflatoxin as well as the preventive controls that can be applied to address the risks of aflatoxin in nuts.  The training addresses sampling plans to monitor for aflatoxin and the methods used to test for aflatoxin.  The course can be customized to include a workshop with practical experience in sampling and testing for aflatoxin.
